NO GOOD SOCIAL OR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS:
A good thing about this hotel was the location and easy to book online. I got the information quickly and effectively sent to my email. The hotel was close to the place and the people I was going to visit.
THE NOT GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS HOTEL:
* On the online information, the hotel featured "complimentary breakfast"). The price for a room was not cheap, so we expected at leat what other hotels offer to its guests ( OJ, coffee, creamer, sugar, fruits, bagels, cereals. waffles and/or pancakes, scrambled eggs, etc.
* I did not like the desk personnel attention. The lady at the front desk at night was not welcoming or kind. She barely spoke to us and placed the door key card on the desk without any indication.
The front desk lady in the morning was not better. We had a bad experience requesting/asking about the breakfast. She practically threw a paper bag with a very unexpectedly mediocre breakfast (a granola bar, an orange, and a small coffee) that was meant to be "to go" but had to be requested at the night upon arrival (which the front desk night lady failed to tell us).
We were an incovenience to her, no words, no smile, she acted as we were beggers.
PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER !
They are dealing with people, human beings!
* It is insulting and demeaning the way they treat their guests. We were not the only ones!
