This stunning two-story home in the gated Serrano community offers both luxury and comfort. With a spacious open floor plan, it's perfect for family getaways or groups of friends looking for a peaceful retreat.
The living room is large and inviting, featuring a cozy fireplace, ceiling fan, and ample seating for relaxing evenings. Adjacent, the formal dining room offers space for memorable dinners.
The kitchen is a cook’s dream, with a generous island, custom tile countertops, and upgraded cabinetry. You'll also find a breakfast nook for casual dining with a view of the backyard.
Upstairs, the spacious master suite features a plush bed, an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms are equally inviting, each with comfortable bedding and plenty of natural light.

Please note that there is no microwave in the kitchen, but cookware is provided to warm meals.
There is only one TV located in the living room. For long-term stays, we recommend planning family time around it or bringing additional entertainment devices.
Utilities, including electricity, will be billed separately for extended stays.
Ant control measures have been taken, but we advise keeping food stored properly to avoid attracting pests.
