"We had an excellent stay at Denvic House. The house and loft were clean and well stocked (including tea, coffee, laundry detergent, etc.) and the view of Denvic lake is stunning. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake in the morning and taking the kayaks for a spin during the day. The lake is great for swimming and fishing. "Visually clean, but the refrigerator was dirty. Choose not to use the entire kitchen. Kitchen window was plastic taped. So tired, sleeping mostly. TV did not have local channels, would have had to setup my logins. Did not bother. Front door lock was not very secure, the futon in the living room was so flat, so cheap, that I could feel the severe uncomfortableness after sitting 5 minutes. Left as early as possible. This could be a great place, just needs some corrections. Home is for...

"Convenient room in a convenient location. it's a basic/standard Motel. And as such it was perfectly good. We arrived late, so the owner/operator had to scramble out of his apartment to give us the keys. Only thing I would mention is that the price was high for the kind of place/room that it was. But definitely would stay again. "
