Indeed, there is a big set of stairs that one must climb/descend to get to the loft and the bedrooms lack a little privacy but we had zero issue with either! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a fabulous 2-week stay at Juan's penthouse apartment. Amazing views and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment is really quirky and suited us perfectly. It's the penthouse so obviously it's on the top floor. We counted 45 steps from bottom to top. We used that as our exercise for the fortnight, carrying our shopping and bottles of water so to us, it wasn't a hindrence. If you're infirm or have mobility issues this isn't the place for you.The bed is really comfy and we slept...

"My friend and I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. Situated in a quiet residential complex only five minutes walk from the most amazing small beach resort Cala Vadella. Get there before 10am to secure sunbeds or take a towel and umbrella and set up on the sand. I can recommend the Vadella Beachbar for lunch and Pizzeria Bon Sol for a relaxed evening with great service and fresh pizza/pasta. The walk to the beach is partially via quite a steep hill however it is a very quiet one-way road...

The apartment is small and although it does sleep 3, I recommend no more than 2 guests for the comfort of all involved.
