"Such a cozy cabin and some amazing trails right behind for exploring by yourself or with dogs. Loved the open floor plan and the loft area, much bigger than anticipated. Had an amazing stay and look forward to renting it again. 10/10 recommend in the winter, can only imagine how it is in the summer."

"Overall quite good, but three improvements needed.1. Shower pressure very minimal, a new shower head needed.2. Key lock very difficult to use. A new lock is needed.3. I had to pay a local to clear the snow off the walkway and parking area. After receiving 6 inches of snow, the chalet was not adequately cleared of the snow."

"We were there for just one night. It was such a quiet, relaxing afternoon and evening. We had driven most of the morning and it was a nice de-stressed! The river was beautiful. The yard was mowed and we sat in the chairs that were provided and watched the sun set behind the trees. "

"This property was in a great location for access to the Kancamagus Scenic Byway. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The only slight inconvenience was having to bring our own linens, but that was a small trade-off for the location and price for our 2-night stay. The wood stove was a great feature on a chilly night. Scott was an excellent host who provided clear check-in procedures and responded quickly to our one inquiry."

"The house is definitely sunggled in the woods of Sugar Hill. Very peaceful. The home is clean & spacious. We did not cook there but there appeared to be plenty of pots/pans, etc. It is located about 30 minutes from Lincoln, where we visited the Ice Castles. We could not get the propane fireplace to stay lit, so hopefully John, the owner will investigate. Thank you!"

"We so enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home with wonderful beds and so many nice features. The property management company was very responsive whenever we had questions and when we had an issue with the home, which they resolved as quickly as they were able. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Our say at Keith's and Erika's cabin was a much needed respite for my wife and me. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay where we basked in doing nothing but enjoying the warmth and coziness of the cabin. We're planning on coming back soon and renting both cabins for our son and daughter-in-law and us. The only downsides were a leaky shower head that sprayed water on the bathroom ceiling and a lot of dog hair on the floor. "
