"They’ve taken an older place and made it really nice. The location isn’t scenic … it sits along the street in town. However, it does have a great fenced courtyard that is really enjoyable. Everything else about the place was significantly better than the average VRBO, particularly those in less touristy areas. We enjoyed our time. It was particularly clean for the “dusty” west. Keep that up … it’s a difference maker. "

"We needed a big house to stay in and see our grandkids who live in Pueblo. We traveled from Illinois and loved all the sights around and the beautiful home was the cherry on top. Thank you so much!!!! "

"This was a beautiful property-- well-appointed and comfortable. We came for the solitude. A lot we could have done but we dod a lot of walking, reading, talking and game playing ad well as visits with nearby family. The fantastic Sangre de Christo mountains are stunning at all hours of the day or night. Amazing stars, snow and wildlife -- deer and elk. The cabin kept us cozy even as temperatures were at ir below freezing for days. Thank you for a great stsy."

"Just loved the stay here. Almost don’t want to say to much because I would like to be able to always schedule here again. The place is beautifully appointed and run by Lavonne and she is awesome. Everything was top notch for a cabin in the woods. We got 3-4 feet of snow while I was there and Lavonne took great care of everything. "

"This is a great home in Pueblo for a group or family. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful."

"Great house. We had three couples and plenty of separate space to hang out together or separate. Had everything we needed."

"Great location to stay. Phillip greeted us upon arrival, very nice and friendly guy. We enjoyed our stay at their location. One thing we were very displeased with was the uncleanliness in the house. Dog hair all over the place, on the carpets, the beds, on the countertops & table. Pet friendly places must be cleaned much better at all times."

"My family had an amazing Christmas staying here at this cute little town cottage. We had an amazing view of the mountain the kids could play out back there was a firepit that was amazing! This little cottage was a perfect place to stay for a in between to the great sand dunes and colorado springs!! We would definitely come again! Our host Juanita was amazing and sweet!we loved her place"

"We loved staying at the School House. It was very comfortable, nicely furnished with fun memorabilia, and it is in a great location. The manager was very helpful. We would love to stay here again. "
