Everything else about the place was significantly better than the average VRBO, particularly those in less touristy areas. We enjoyed our time. It was particularly clean for the “dusty” west. "Great communication with property owner. House was clean with plenty of rooms and beds for our large group. House was very clean. Check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a great time. The kitchen was super convenient in helping us prep for the wedding. We enjoyed live music from our friends as they played for us in the back deck. Lots of deer visited as well. "

"This little charmer was EXACTLY as advertised and shown in photos!! No surprises! It is an absolutely perfect little vacation rental for 2 in a very quiet neighborhood. We wanted for NOTHING. Everything was provided for our use and pleasure. It was close to entertainment, shopping and sightseeing. We had a chance to meet Noelle in person and she is a sweet, kind, gracious and attentive host without being nosy or overbearing. If we are blessed to be able to return, we plan on staying here again....

"The listing is accurate: 2 bed/1 bath, washer/dryer, evap. cooler/furnace. The evaporative cooler may not be for everyone, but I lived in AZ for a long time, so I'm fine with them. My partner said the mattress wasn't comfortable for him, but I was fine. I used the washer and dryer to do a small load while we were there. Everything has instructions posted for you, including the shower, and the host made it super easy to check in. We mostly just needed a place to sleep and a secure place to...

"Just loved the stay here. Almost don’t want to say to much because I would like to be able to always schedule here again. The place is beautifully appointed and run by Lavonne and she is awesome. Everything was top notch for a cabin in the woods. We got 3-4 feet of snow while I was there and Lavonne took great care of everything. "

"We have loved coming to Westcliffe to get away from Texas summers. This is the first time we stayed at Golden Heart Acres - it was the perfect space to relax, reflect, and reconnect. "

"Fantastic home that was large and spacious for the entire family. Pictures dont do it justice. It snowed heavy the day of check in and Leah had the driveway shovled for us. I had a mix up with the dates of stay and Leah accommodated the dates i needed. Thankbyou for everything. "

"We loved staying at the School House. It was very comfortable, nicely furnished with fun memorabilia, and it is in a great location. The manager was very helpful. We would love to stay here again. "

"Great location to stay. Phillip greeted us upon arrival, very nice and friendly guy. We enjoyed our stay at their location. One thing we were very displeased with was the uncleanliness in the house. Dog hair all over the place, on the carpets, the beds, on the countertops & table. Pet friendly places must be cleaned much better at all times."

Paul was very helpful with tips and good restaurant recommendations. Star Wrangler is a wonderful place to get away and relax in style."

"This is the second time we have stayed here and once again, it was great. This property very well appointed and well maintained. It is a short walk to Main St. La Veta, which is very nice.
