"Lovely stay on New Year’s Day after working the whole of Christmas. Staff were friendly and professional. Room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. Due to the location of the hotel I think this is definitely more of a seasonal hotel, however this didn’t impact my opinion of it, the service was great, room was lovely and the food (both breakfast and dinner) was incredible! "The staff were all really friendly and made us welcome, the breakfast was good and we had everything we needed. The room furniture was a little tired but our room was quiet and comfortable and we had an excellent short break. "Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades.
