"It was lovely. Everything from check-in through check-out was easy & went smoothly. The rental was squeaky clean. The kitchen appliances were immaculate. The furnishings were charming. Plenty of drawers & closet space in both bedrooms. Speaking of beds, they were great. Not too hard or too soft. It was a hot fall weekend, but inside, it was cool. The a/c works well. Overall: No drips, no leaks, no squeaks, no complaints. It was as quiet outdoors as indoors. Just us & the geese. The peacefulness...

"Clean and very comfortable accommodations. Close to town and easy driving access to local restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed the stay and everything worked well. Any thing less than a top rating would not do the place justice. "Well stocked, modern utensils and appliances." Comfortable beds, great porch with picnic table with outside grill. There is a very nice fire pit, but we couldn't use it due to extreme dry and temp ban on campfires. Will use it next time! "

"We loved staying on the farm; we felt right at home! We wanted to hike, and this place is close to Mt. Nebo SP, Lake Dardanelle SP, and Petit Jean SP! The cottage was squeaky clean, the bed was comfortable, the decor was charming, and the Grays are the friendliest! There is plenty of room, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend the farm cottage."

"My family got together for a short get away. The weather was not good but we enjoyed ourselves anyone. Sheila gave me ideas of what to do with a toddler on a rainy day on the mountain. We loved the sunroom at the house. Nice place and we hope we can stay again."
