"Enjoyed a family stay at Boyd Pond cottage. Sauna was great and enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Fire pit out front with wood provided - roasting marshmallows was fun. King size bed and others beds were very comfortable. Drinking water was provided. Some weeds in the pond but much less when swimming further out. Hot tub was not working. The owner was very responsive and accommodating particularly during our last day of heavy rain and short power outage. Overall a very pleasant stay...

"Stayed for 5 nights in this cozy, comfortable and clean waterfront home. Our time there was perfect…the weather was warm, wind was soft, the sun was prevalent and the skies were clear. Beautiful sunsets and full moon reflections on a mirror smooth pond. I could have stayed forever. If you’re looking for a place that is quiet there’s no need to look any further!"

"Good location for 8 min trailer to the trailhead to snowmobile. Big open living space. Ice builds up on the front step from dripping eves. Some available salt would be nice. I took my hammer to bust off 79% of the build up. The snow power needs to know to keep the driveway entrance wide, as it is not easy to back a Tandem axle trailer in when it’s only wide enough for a car"

"The directions to enter the property were clear and easy to follow, proximity to the river was unmatched, and the cabin was clean and comfortable. Wood was provided, and we enjoyed the woodstove and the fire pit throughout the weekend! Would return again!"

"We came up to Potsdam to visit our daughter who is a college student and this home made our whole trip so special! Beth’s place was spotless and everything in this home was so well appointed. The space had everything we needed and more! The mattress was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. The jacuzzi was a great extra feature and Beth provided robes, towels and flip flops which made going outside in the cold winter weather actually enjoyable. The property...

"We stayed at the Cedar house and the queen bed in the loft area was phenomenal. Had a bit of a hard time with the shower, couldn’t get the water to regulate to warm, was either very hot or very cold. Other than that, we had a nice stay. "

"The over all stay was great, the instructions to get the key were not clear and with no service or internet outside the building we couldn't contact the owner. Luckily owner's of the Buckhorn were able to help us.of the Bu"

"Wonderful private spot next to St Regis River. Very responsive host. There are 2 or 3 other rentals in the property, but it is so large that you get all the privacy. Hiking trails and canoes/kayaks in the property. Star Link Internet is fast and the cabin is just as it looks in the pictures: cozy, well thought, peaceful, private. Would 100 percent recommend and can't wait to go back! "

"Not only is the host , Beth, always super responsive but always provides a pristine and cozy spot for us to stay. I also find that each time I come up ( this might be my 6th stay) she has added some other improvement or decorative touch. I LOVE this apartment and try as best I can to only stay at one of Beth's places if I remember to book early enough :) "
