Quick Getaway
We had the pleasure of spending the weekend at this charming farmhouse, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The farmhouse itself is beautifully maintained, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. One of the highlights of our stay was the serene and peaceful environment. The farmhouse has a nice fire pit where we could unwind and enjoy being away from the everyday hustle and bustle. It's an ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax and recharge. We can't wait to return!

Newly Renovated Home Next to Canandaigua Lake
This is a cute little house, tucked up on the hillside above the lake, which was perfect for two people to share. The location is very close to Canandaigua, where we enjoyed walking the lakeside art fair on the weekend we stayed at the cabin.

Cozy cottage
Very nice and cozy cottage, I love the mix of old and new! It has everything you need and is very convenient. The house is a little far from restaurants and town, but it is a pleasure to drive around there with all the beautiful scenery!

Everything was acceptable and comfortable. However the Kitchen and Bathroom faucets need to be secured down. Can tell this is a continuing interesting renovation. In Wall scent diffusers - too strong. Smell had tendency to take over. I unplugged. Just change scent, softer and mild.

Property Pictures Do Not Accurately Depict the size of the property
The house was very nicely renovated. However, it was very small and much smaller than the pictures led me to believe. The second bedroom upstairs was very tiny, and you could not open the door all the way because the mattress blocked it. You literally had to climb into the foot of the bed from the doorway. There were no Uber or Lyft rides available from that location. Also, could not have any food delivery to that location because of how far out it was. If you are looking for a rustic well appointed very small property for a quick, weekend getaway for one or two people than this is perfect.

Disappointed
This property is advertised as two bedroom however the second bed is stuffed into a closet. It is so tight the door to enter the "closet" isn't able to open the entire way. I didn't have enough room for my luggage so it had to stay on the bed with me. The door wouldn't stay open so I had to place my shoes in front of the door to keep it open for some air flow. When entering the property, you get hit with the smell of Febreze which gave most of the party a headache so we opened the windows to get fresh air. When we did that there were dozens of dead ladybugs that fell down in every window. I definitely wish we stayed somewhere else.

Deep Cleaning Needed
I was very disappointed with my stay here. It was not clean, dirty laundry was in the washer and the bathroom door was not properly affixed to the wall and fell on my head. Electrical boxes not covered and wires and dust all over. Dirty cleaning mops etc left in the kitchen. Curb appeal needs attention. This could be really sweet but so many things need to be addressed. Especially the cleanliness and the house needs to be up on all the appropriate housing codes. I’ve stayed at many places and have never had so many issues.
