"This property is fantastic. What a wonderful time we had here. My grandsons especially liked playing pool and ping pong. Everything you would need is here. The host, John, responded to any questions we had in a very timely manner. John is a wonderful host. "We had a great time over Christmas! Deirdre and John are wonderful hosts and their beautiful house offered us more comforts than we anticipated. We took walks to the nearby beach escorted by their dogs, we cooked and reconnected by the wood stoves, and we visited friendly towns nearby. We are grateful for the care and hospitality of our hosts who went over and above to help us properly celebrate the end of a hard year. We hope to go back!"

"A wonderful place with brilliant views, surrounded by ample countryside. Gwyneth was the best host one could ask for, very friendly and helpful throughout my stay and indeed for both settling in and heading out. The place was lovely to stay in, featuring every utility you could desire, and felt very welcoming and comfortable as almost a home away from home. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer! For any undecided, The Brown Hen is definitely worth a stay. "

"Loved every moment of our stay! House was clean, spacious and well appointed and was just like in the pictures. A very relaxing and quiet place to unwind with spectacular views that you could sit and look at for hours! No downside to staying here and I could definitely see ourselves coming back some time. "This place was amazing in its proximity to area towns and attractions. It had a great view of the sea, and the place was very clean and tidy. Teri was very helpful in aiding us to the place, and she even had a cake dessert and some coffee pods for us when we arrived. She went through everything very thoroughly and was always available via What's App for our questions. I recommend this to any family/friend group (we were 9). Lots of space, great bedrooms, very clean. So glad we chose this place....
