"This is the second time we've stayed at the "Moose House" with our group of 9, 65+ year olds. The spacious, open kitchen, dining and living space is perfect for us. The Waupaca area provides a variety of activities for us as well."

"Our extended family had plenty of space to enjoy the inside and outside! The amenities were extensive and met all of our needs - various “no-wake” boats, plenty of firewood, a large table for meals and games, and well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. "We absolutely loved our mini vacation! Got out of the craziness and right into tranquility! Beautiful log home with hiking trails and a great little beach. We even went canoeing which is something we haven’t done since high school church youth group trips. Yep, I’m still kinda sore😉. The weather was perfect and so was our stay at BlackBerry Lodge. Can’t wait to bring the family back in the summer! You guys rock! "

"We had 7 adults 2 kids and 3 toddlers and had a wonderful vacation at this home. The home was beautiful and well maintained. We cooked all meals in the house and happily enjoyed the views and gorgeous surroundings while playing games and spending time together. We are even talking about making this a yearly retreat!! Would absolutely suggest it. "

"We had a girls weekend and it went great. The water was perfect, nice sandy bottom to the lake, hot tub was great, house had relatively comfortable beds. Neighbors apparently take pictures of the number of cars in the driveway, which I thought was quite odd seeing as the property is advertised to sleep 16 people. Other than that, the stay was great. Property is definitely not walking distance to any local restaurants or taverns, so plan on having a car to get anywhere. "

" We came up from Kansas City and stayed Sunday to Saturday. Everything we needed for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat worked great. When we wanted to watch the Royals post season game, we grabbed our laptop and watched out at the campfire. Wifi Signal was great. Did some fishing. The lake was nice and calm.
