"Great location if you want to be in town. Able to walk to restaurants and downtown. Perfect size for our family of four. Washer/dryer was a nice convenience. We didn’t cook in but the kitchen was clean and well appointed. Watch out for the New England style stairs inside. Always steep and narrow in those old houses. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. "

"Everything was just as listed. Britnie was very responsive. Bed was comfortable. Fridge, microwave, and oven range were a bonus… as were the snacks! Very close to BoNH Pavillion. We didn’t get the opportunity to explore the facilities, but we’ll be back! (Look for Britnie’s message through VRBO for instructions. Don’t be thrown off by Lodgify instructions.)"

"This home was perfect for my husband, myself, our daughter and her 3 boys. We came into town to spend a day at Clark’s and then a day at Whale’s tale to end the summer. The house was a perfect location to both parks. Close to everything in town. We walked to have ice cream one evening. Jenn was very quick to respond when I had any questions! Definitely will rent again! "

"I woudo have given this property a 5 star rating except for some key factors. We arrived in the dark and the light in the hallway did not work, therefore we entered into a dark apt. There was a step down into the living room. 2 out of the 4 adults stumbled- 1 fell- almost landing into the stone hearth. A very dangerous situation. "The resort property was beautiful. Plenty to do! Great restaurants! My only criticism is that the room itself could have been cleaner. There was a stain on the couch that we reported to the front desk, and the outside balcony had numerous spider webs and spiders all over it and several areas of bird droppings. I understand it is an outside area but this was extreme. "

"My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Rumney Village Inn and what a beautiful house! We stayed in the Green Woodlands which is very spacious and well appointed with a large walk-in shower and wet bar for coffee and snacks. "We were over all satisfied with our stay but I did reach out to who I believe was a property manager about a few things regarding cleanliness. We were confused as to why there was dog hair, dog poop bags in the bottom of the trash, dog toys and a dog lead outside if the property wasn't pet friendly. The property manager informed me that the owner comes and stays monthly with his dog. I found this off putting since I dont own a dog and wouldn't rent a place that houses one. "
