"空港近くのホテルの中では良い。ショッピングモールも直結。 ただ、部屋が予めとてもエアコンが効いているので、チェックインした時には寒すぎる。エアコンにヒーター機能があったが、３時間つけても全く暖かくならない。（実際はヒーターは使えないのだろう）空調を切っても寒くて、仕方なくウルトラライトダウンジャケットを羽織った。スタッフがブランケットを貸してくれたが、とても重い。 マレーシアとシンガポールはやたらと室内や電車内が寒いが、他の東南アジアではそういうことはない。人間の体調には２５℃が良いのに、寒くするのは環境にも健康にも非常に悪いから止めてほしい。 ..."

Staff are very helpful and the concierge was able to find tours for a solo traveller without having to pay for 2 people.
