"We wanted a different Caribbean experience from staying at all-inclusives and Kadi’s property delivered! Our kids loved the paddleboards, snorkelling gear, kayaks and fishing equipment. The Kaibo condo grounds are well kept and the pool is amazing. Kadi was a gracious host, keeping good contact and even helping out with our son needing a prescription. The location is great as many of the “touristy” experiences are on the east end. Wonderful stay, highly recommended!!"

"All previous reviews were spot on accurate about everything: host's hospitality was fabulous, home includes all beach equipment needed and more, location is great and private with quick grocery and restaurant access and food deliveries even come out there, and stocked kitchen and more. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this paradise spot to others. We are thankful for using Stephanie's place which certainly made our stay even better. "We LOVED every minute of our stay! Amazing location and the villa was spectacular. We wanted for nothing. Everything we could possibly need to enjoy our trip was provided; floats, snorkel gear, coolers, beach towels, fully appointed kitchen, etc. Great beach just steps away. We saw giant lobster, lion fish, starfish, and other various sea creatures right there at the property. Kaibo and Run Point offered fantastic dining options! Thank you for everything!"

"Really enjoyed my stay at the Tree Frog! The apartment was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The location is great and communication with the host was easy!"

"Sadly, our second week at this house was cut short by Hurricane Beryl, but our first week here was amazing. The house has absolutely everything you need for the beach. The pool was beautiful and we had coffee on the beach every morning. We love the slower pace of Rum Point and this house was so peaceful and beautiful. "The property was new and had a small store onsite as well as shops, a restaurant, and a gym. However, there was a LOT of construction when I went in May so it made it difficult to navigate on foot. There isn’t a lot outside of the complex unless you walk 30-45 minutes and that’s fine unless it’s scorching hot. The roosters were..whew! But, the beach was across the street, the property new, and the owners were responsive. You should get a rental if you’re gonna stay here but other than that, it’s...
