"We arrived at 10 pm to do the self check-in, but the machine showed an error and would not give us the room key. We tried several times, and after the fifth or sixth attempt, without a phone line to make a phone call, we had to get a line late at night and in the cold to call the chalet team. The staff member promptly helped us, and we got the key. Up to that point, everything was fine. The chalet was beautiful and modern, but it had problems such as a clogged shower drain and organic waste...

"Schöne Unterkunft. Perfekt war der Self-Check in. Sowas von unkompliziert. Preis-Leistung ist auch top. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager. Das Familienzimmer war gut aufgeteilt. Einziges Makel: Es gab kein Spültab zum Geschirrspüler. What else. Mussten die Kids eben spülen 😄 …und die Boxspringbetten waren mega bequem. "

"Unser Aufenthalt war gigantisch. Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig, toll zum Ausspannen. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die ganze Familie war von den supertollen Matratzen begeistert. Dazu kam dass noch, dass wir klasse Wetter hatten. Das Wochenende war ein voller Genuss für die ganze Familie."

"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided...

"Superior luxurious duplex. Two completely separate attached homes on the property with magnificent views, access to local hikes. 10 minutes from a small town (Sulz) with a good supermarket and bakery. Lots of cultural and mountain activities within a 30 - 60 minute ride. Sauna, hot tub and indoor pool are shared between the two homes. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-appointed. "Der Aufenthalt war einfach gut, die Wohnung wat super sauber und schön. Die Umgebung war ruhig, leider war die Lage nicht nicht ideal. Wir sind immer für Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto gefahren. Ausserdem, hatten wir erwartet dass wir ohne Gebühren den Privatstrand verwenden konnten, leider war das nicht der Fall, und zwar wird €10 p.p. gefragt. Nichtsdestotrotz, habe wir die Zeit in Gaissau genossen."

Traumatic Experience
"We arrived at 10 pm to do the self check-in, but the machine showed an error and would not give us the room key. We tried several times, and after the fifth or sixth attempt, without a phone line to make a phone call, we had to get a line late at night and in the cold to call the chalet team. The staff member promptly helped us, and we got the key. Up to that point, everything was fine. The chalet was beautiful and modern, but it had problems such as a clogged shower drain and organic waste from the previous guests in the trash can (what?). The most absurd problem occurred on the morning of our departure. Before checkout time, two cleaning staff members asked if we were already leaving. We noticed that they were waiting in the car for us to leave, making us feel pressured to leave the chalet. Then exactly five minutes before checkout time, they knocked on our door, pressuring us to check out: “at 11 you leave,” which even sounded like a threat. The two men stood at the door waiting for us to leave; we had to close the curtain to have some privacy. It was the first time this had happened to us; we had never been kicked out of a place before checkout time, especially after having so many problems with the check-in. We left at 11:05 am."
