"Très bien situé nous avons pu visiter le centre ville et nous promener autour du lac sans prendre la voiture. Effectivement une place de parking est accessible devant la villa. L appartement est tres bien équipé et lumineux. C est à conseiller. "

"house was pleasant, very clean. views from terras and swimming pool beautifull. lot of stairs if you, use your car you'll be in city centre in 5 minutes. if you like to walk know that you have to walk about 100m down and up again. and then like 30 minutes to old town. but down the hill are bakerys boucherie, restarants etc. contact with owner and with "congierge" was easy and quick."

The villa is a beautiful, well-equipped home, with an absolutely stunning view of Menton and the bay, and the town and beach a 15-20 minute walk down the hill.
