"This is a beautiful property and we had a tremendous stay. We were in Cortland for a baseball tournament and five families shared the house. Plenty of space and the grounds were great for relaxing during downtime. The property is clean and well kept and George was very responsive to all of our questions. If we come back to Cortland, we will certainly stay there again!!"

"Absolutely relaxing and clean. Everything we needed for some peace and quiet. Enjoyed the front porch over looking the clear lake. It was overcast and cool but the porch was cozy. Nice to have a fire next to the lake. Town was nearby and quaint. "

"A well maintained and amenity abundant property. Clean nicely decorated. Ample games in basement game room, and stacks of board games. Listing states sleeps 8, but take into account the 8 figure has 2 people in a full sized bed, with an additional queen, king, and 2 twins. Would bring own propane for grill and heater lamp, bottles were empty. Due to storm power went out, but property manager was easy to contact and very responsive. If staying in this area again, I will look for this property...

"I’ve stayed in a number of vrbo’s and this is the first I have been compelled to write a review because the experience was so positive. Property and cabin was clean and in great condition. Linens and beds were very comfortable. Owner was extremely responsive and location was about 25 minutes from Cooperstown. We saw a ton of wildlife in the area including deer, groundhogs, a fox, chipmunks, and turkeys. Great place to stay! "
