"The house was spotless. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The pool/spa/slide/grotto and entire backyard were amazing, entire group loved it. "Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. "This property is in a very nice neighborhood. The hoise is nice - plenty of space for 7 of us. The house itself is a bit dated, but the utilities (showers, toilets, A/C, lights, etc.) were top-notch. The grounds were the highlight - very well maintained, and the plum tree was stocked! A very nice deck off the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus - clean and functional. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Staff is great and accommodating. Breakfast is good and nicely presented. Room was clean, with a bit of extra attention to bathroom (hair left in shower and bathroom floor) but overall the room was clean and had a fresh smell. Only negative is the pool area furniture - I felt the pool furniture needed some TLC. Chairs/lounge chairs and table need replacing or renovation. Umbrella that used to be there, is now missing. Furniture was in disarray, (spiderwebs, dirty, unstable and tossed about)....
