This home includes a beautiful enclosed and south facing salt water pool and is set on a unique double lot with large fire pit and garden for family gatherings. Surrounded by 5 golf courses, bike paths and only a short drive to local beaches. This 4 bedroom plus den/office, 3 full bathrooms - waterfront home is beautifully decorated. Light up the weber grill and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

Overlooking the Rotonda River from your backyard, you will be amazed by all the wildlife surrounding you. Enjoy swimming with a privacy screen in the heated salt water pool. The Southern exposure ensures that your face will be kissed by the Florida sunshine as you drift in water hammocks and listen to tunes on the Bose speaker.

The master suite is spacious with a king bed and glass sliding doors to the pool area. Attached is a full bathroom with Roman shower and large soaker tub along with a walk-in closet and 2 vanities.

One of the guest bedrooms has 2 single beds. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd one has a king bed with option to close off hall entrance to create a second master.

Three of the bedrooms have smart TV's. (Basic cable in living room and smart TV. All other TV's in bedrooms have Roku only for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc.)

Each of the three bathrooms has a tub and shower and there is an additional outdoor shower as well in the pool area.

Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with extras such as a Keurig, tea server, Nutri-bullet food processor and much more. Dining options at the breakfast bar, nook table in kitchen or formal dining room for 8.

Separate living room with large TV and a library/office/den for reading, journaling, and dual monitors for work and further relaxation. The entire home is wifi enabled. Computer at your disposal as well as printer.

Beach chairs, a large beach umbrella and beach towels, two bikes and coolers for your day at the beach or to explore biking trails. In the home are family board games, puzzles, DVD's and various books and magazines. It is all here for your use and enjoyment.

There are 3 lounging areas around the screen enclosed pool where a large retro cooler chills your beverages. A weber grill with one tank of propane is included in your rental.

A large and spacious fire pit and garden with fire wood and fire starter is provided to enjoy.
