Clean Comfortable and Quiet
Stayed for 5 days for a fishing trip. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. The house is well maintained and has every thing you need for cooking your own meals. The pool os quite nice too! Olga (The host) was super responsive and friendly too. Would definitely book again!

Great house, great, quiet location. Easy access to beach, Port Charlotte, and all surrounding cities. House was very clean, uncluttered, and enjoyable stay. Quiet community. Highly recommend.

Convenient location to beach, nice stay
The house was nice, convenient location, the master bed was comfy, the pool was good. The property could use some maintenance, both toilets are loose at base, master toilet ran after use, the laundry room light was out, there was an iron but not an ironing board so we bought one, grass was tall, filter on fridge needs to be changed, a few bugs by windows. We were not informed irrigation maintenance workers were coming "as scheduled" until they were already walking around the property and by pool. A little more notice would be sufficient if they were scheduled, even if they are outside as a privacy measure/common courtsey. Overall a nice stay for a few days.

Roach Infested
Love everything about the property besides the disgusting roaches. Literally pulled open kitchen drawers and roaches crawled out on 2 different occasions. Same with cabinets, went for a coffee cup and roaches crawling on cup. Omg!! Will not take my bags into my home without a very good inspection

SOOO relaxing
This was a birthday trip for myself and I wanted a house with a pool to sit and relax by and this was amazing. So quiet, serene, clean and beautiful. The only thing I did not like was the bed protector. It crinkled very loudly getting in and out of the master bed but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I will definitely be booking this again in the future.

My husband and I celebrated our second anniversary with stay at this house! We stayed in Panama City Florida last year for our honeymoon and wanted a similiar stay in Rotonda West. It was difficult to find a house that would allow a stay for someone under 25 so we were so happy to have landed this adorable house! The neighborhood was quiet and within 20 minutes of Englewood beach and resturants. There are not a ton of attractions in this area, but the week did still allow for us to have a leisure time of rest. The house had plenty of beach towels, regular towels and extra comforters and pillows which was great. We did find ourselves wishing there was at least one extra blanket to sit on the couch with/take to bed other than the throw blanket that was not entirely comfortable. We loved the pool and back porch seating area and spent most of our time there! The showers were large and spacious which we also greatly appreciated. We definitely wished we were contacted sooner with a welcome/key code details but Olga quickly responded when we did reach out to her. There also were a few pop-ins during our stay that we were not made aware of previously. Overall it was a fabulous and relaxing stay for the two of us. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!

Wonderful Vacation Spot
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here! The home/outdoor living space is even prettier in person. Very clean, easily accessible, great communication with owner, convenient location to our family in Placida and our family in Venice! We plan ok booking this home again next year.

Overall it was nice. The master bed was very comfy. The couch was very UNcomfortable. Found a few Palmetto bugs, dead, in the kitchen...one a day for 4 days. Nice new appliances and washer/dryer. I was not happy that there were workers on the property around the pool cage two days. I should have been notified. Good thing I did not use the pool, that would have been very uncomfortable. I also was disappointed that there was an extra fee to heat the pool. The Hurricane shutter should be able to retract more so the view from the kitchen window was open to view the canal. Should have power washed the outside. The lights on the garage were out so when I came back to the property at night it was dark. Also should have a remote garage door opener.
