"This flat is wonderful with amazing sea views. Well appointed and a good heating system. We had a lovely week discovering Bute. Recommend the weekly jam session at the Anchor At Port Ballantine. Most places accept dogs and there’s some good food to be had in local cafes and bars."

"The property was a charming combination of contemporary and traditional. Lovely place. Everything was supplied including the beautiful view of the bay and Rothesay. Walking distance to town. Communication and accommodation from Gordon was exceptional. Only sad we won't be able to revisit in the future. Highly recommend."

Upon arrival the room was not as described and had only a king bed and sofa bed which caused an unexpected inconvenience for sleeping arrangements. "I had wonderful weather and the hosts could not have been more helpful. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Only 2 criticisms: the mirror in the bathroom should be a few inches lower. I am 5ft 2 inches and could only see the top of my head and pepper and salt would be very nice."

"Everything was great except the listing says it has a hot tub as an amenity, and I expected like an outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi, but there was none. Other than that everything was great, easy to find, easy to get to town, lots of room."

"This is a wonderful place to stay and a great base for exploring the Argyle coast. The hosts are extraordinarily nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay great. The place is cozy, right down the road from a lovely pub and restaurant, close to all of the Kilmartin sights, and easy to get to towns, hikes, and anything else you could want. Highly recommended."
