"We stayed 3 days 11/10-11/13. We were immediately impressed by the house. It was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated down to a wonderful Christmas tree programmed to light at 5PM and stay on 5 hours. Made for a wonderful ambiance. We had a couple of issues maintenance related but both Joe and Judy responded immediately to get those things taken care up. They are very friendly and kind owners. We enjoyed talking to them. The only sad thing is that the weather was crappy! It was very cold...

"I very impressed but I will honest when we first pulled it looks very rustic but once inside it was very clean and the bed omg it was like sleeping on a cloud, we loved how we could freely walk the property and we really enjoyed the farm animals which are all very tamed even the chickens lol this place to rent especially if you have kids that go to Emory and Henry College we stayed graduation weekend my mind was at ease because we did not have to deal with any traffic"

"In my search for rustic cabins, I happened upon this little piece of history. We absolutely loved the history of it having been built in 1810 as the miller’s cabin and grist mill. The owner is one of the sweetest souls we’ve ever encountered. The care that is taken for guests is above and beyond! We’ll be back!!!"

"I’m usually against VRBOs because staying at a hotel is fairly easy but with a new baby and a dog it’s hard to find a quiet hotel anywhere. This place was absolutely amazing. Perfect for everything we need, the hosts were very attentive to our needs and requests, the space was beautiful, and the views were even better. If you happen to pass through or are visiting make sure to stay here. I know my family will be back soon. "

"We loved celebrating Thanksgiving here. The house was great! The upgrades were as well. Very welcoming home rather than a house. One of the very best we’ve stayed in over the years. Enjoyed the convenience to so many places to eat and shop. Loved Mama Mia’s for pizza and Italian."

"We only needed to stay one night but wished we could have stayed longer because we enjoyed it so much. Very peaceful and has a country home feeling to it. The cat, donkeys, sheep’s, and a dog that likes to play fetch was an added on bonus. We will be staying there again if we come up that way again."

"Previously stayed here. But on bottom floor. This time we were placed on top floor. Did not care for the eery hallways, blinking lights outside on of the rooms and an elevator that looks like it's not reliable. The room was average but the bathroom extremely small. You couldn't shut the door without stepping y'all the way inside to the back wall. The shower was scary as there was nothing to hold onto. We had adjoining room with my dad and his bathroom was the same. The AC was noisy, the beds...
