"Wir waren 2 Wochen zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die 2 Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt. Jeden Morgen haben wir als erstes die Aussicht aus dem kleinen Balkon genossen, dann in der Bäckerei im Nebenhaus pain bagnat oder frische Baguettes oder Salate geholt. Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist "Polly and Cie" eine Boutique mit Dinner am Freitag, auch lecker und sehr empfehlenswert. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen ist mit der Tram 2 bis "Jean Médecin", dann in die Tram 1...

"The Apartament has a great location, near to the beach and the Vieux Nice! We had a small problem with the washing machine and Stanislas was disponible and quickly helped us! He is a very nice and friendly person. The apartment has everything that a traveler needs and it is very confortable. Ir can be a little noisy in the night, because there are a lot of bars in its streets. But it is ok if you close the widows. It wasn't a big problem for us. Thank you, Stanislas!"

"Mon séjour à Rêve d’Azur a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Un si joli site à la colline de l’Annonciade, ses jardins, sa terrasse, la plus belle vue imaginable, la tranquilité: il était, en un mot, magnifique. Pour ne pas mentionner l’accueil chaleureux par Miguel et Maria, la marmelade de figues faite à la maison, les kaki’s du potager .. Un grand merci pour tout!"

"My husband and I and another couple stayed 4 nights in this property. It was a great location, with easy access to the train station and of course many restaurants, shops, bakeries. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Roxanne was wonderful and so very helpful! She made sure we were happy and comfortable! A bonus was the elevator…which we took full advantage of. Roxanne sent us many recommendations and clearly went out of her way to be an excellent host! We had fun talking to...

"We had a lovely stay at this property - two adults with one teen. Great location for us close to the train station and not far from the sea front. Shop right across the road which was perfect. Good restaurant at the end of the street on the corner which we ate at twice and would recommend. Accommodation was very flexible and felt like home, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again. Thank you :)"

"Spent 5 days here in mid October. Location is perfect ....and apartment as well, A 2 minute walk to the Promenade... and steps from restaurants,shops,bakeries. Elevatorand a lovely,large terrace accessible from either the living area or the bedroom.Very clean. Communication with Roxanne from check-in to check-out was easy. She met us at the entrance to the apt., gave an overview of the area, how to operate the washing machine,dishwasher etc. And answered questions that arose promptly. Planning...

"Absolutely fabulous location with a wonderful view. We loved sitting in the living room looking out to sea and watching all the comings and goings on the Promenade. We were on holiday as 2 couples, so it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The single mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were a bit soft for us as adults but we understand that this will be changed soon. Frances was great and provided some very helpful tips for activities, restaurants and excursions. Overall, a wonderful stay!"

"Appartement conforme à la description. La location en supplément dun climatiseur est indispensable. Ne convient pas à un couple car pas de lit double. Le parking gratuit situé en sous sol et utilisant un monte charge est nécessaire, le stationnement dans la rue étant difficile. A mon sens, le dos d'âne à l'entrée du monte charge étroit est cependant cause de difficulté. "
