"The room was bigger than we expected and very cute. We wish there was a more comfortable area to sit and watch tv at night. Also an outside hose to rinse off would have been perfect. But the beach and restaurant right in front of the house was incredible. Would definitely recommend. "

"The place was convenient to the beach, mountains, and eateries. Contact with the host to problem solve (directions, etc.) was good. The kitchen was stocked really well to be able to buy groceries and cook if desired. We might have liked a little deeper cleaning, but it was a good place to stay."

"Our family had a most relaxing stay at the Loiza condo. The pools and beach were beautiful and private. We only ran into other residents occasionally. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated the energy efficient cooling and lighting systems. Our host, Justo, was most attentive and always helpful when we had questions. We hope to return in the future. "

"The house was better than expected. The pictures do not do it justice. It was located in a agreat location, very close to the beach. Joel was attentive to our needs. "The villa is nice and clean. The upstairs terrace is wonderful. The owner and the property manager are very attentive and responsive to communication. The pool is perfect. Overall, it is a very quiet, clean complex. My family and I didn't love Seven Seas beach which was the main reason we chose this location. You have to cross some large, sharp, rocky areas to enter the ocean and the water was very cloudy while we were there. No ability to snorkel at all even though some sites say this beach...
