"Our first two weeks in Arezzo and certainly this property exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal and special thanks to our host Stefano who welcomed us with open arms. He is a gracious host and an excellent instructor in making homemade pasta. He was most helpful suggesting sites to visit and excellent dining recommendations at every turn. Should our travels find us in Arezzo again this is where we will stay Many thanks Stefano"

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage of John and Dianne. The amount of love they put in the property is amazing. The cottage is very well decorated, has all the things you need and the garden and pool puts you in the vacation mood. The cottage is a little difficult to reach as you need to drive up a gravel/stone road that's a little bit of a challenge, but John makes sure you get there safely and guides you along the way. "My family of four (11 and 14 year old girls) had the best four nights at this villa. The house itself was so charming and well stocked, the grounds beautiful and well maintained, and the pool and welcome retreat each day after exploring the surrounding towns. We didn’t even touch the extra apartment with two additional bedrooms! Highly recommend!"

"This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being...

"Great house and landscape with everythung you can wish for. Enough rooms, space, terraces, outside area... even a Pizza oven that is tested and approved! With only a few tweeks regarding the Pool size, up to date furniture and kitchen facilities it would become a real diamond. In the current state 4/5 Stars with a mid-range price/quality ratio. Great help, support and overall customer experience with the agency+owner."

"Es ist ein schönes Haus mit einer schönen Aufteilung der Räume und großen Schlafzimmern. Es besteht aus zwei etwa gleichgroßen Wohnungen mit separaten Eingängen. Unsere Tochter konnte die wichtigsten Räume mit ihrem schmalen Rollstuhl benutzen. Die untere Wohnung war im Mai sehr kühl und konnte leider nicht beheizt werden. Zum Glück wurde es in der zweiten Urlaubswoche wärmer. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt angenehm, wenn die Wohnung kühl bleibt. Daher würden wir das Haus für den Sommer...

"Nice house and a fantastic garden. Cortona is a great place. The house wasn't very clean and the Air-Con is available but doesn't really cool the bed rooms upstairs on hot summer days. It's too expensive for what it is."

"Everything about our vacation was magical ! The 500 years old villa has so much character with all the facilities that you need to be comfortable. You will have the nicest view of the lake and surroundings, and be able to witness beautiful sunset. The highlight of our stay was our wedding at the villa. Ao chegarmos, faltava 30 minutos para o final do horário precisto. Mas os iitens quentes já tinham acabado e quando perguntamos avisaram que nao seriam repostos.
