"We all had a great stay at the villa. The hosts were very accommodating and even organised a dinner and wine tasting for us which were both fantastic. The villa itself had everything we needed and the pool was great and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless."

"Wir waren als Paar für zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick. Direkt vom Haus aus haben wir viele Touren mit unsern E-Bikes durch die tolle Landschaft der Marken gemacht und es sehr genossen, uns danach im großen Pool mit ebenfalls herrlichem Blick in die Ferne abzukühlen. "Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, ruhige Panoramalage, schöner Pool, jede Menge Sitzgelegenheiten schattig und sonnig. Absolut ungestörte Atmosphäre trotz zwei Wohnungen im selben Haus (separate Eingänge und Terrassen). Am Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (wir haben Gina und Orietta probiert, beide gut), Cafés etc. Sympathische und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Hinweis für Läufer/Radfahrer: Der Weg vom Haus in den Ort sind ca. 2km und 250hm aufwärts, die Hälfte...

"Sehr schöne und große Villa. Toller Außenbereich mit freistehendem Pool und langen Tisch für 20 Personen. Unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Absolut empfehlenswert für Gruppen bis 20 Leuten. 4 Doppelzimmer und 4 Dreierzimmer mit bequemen Betten und jeweils einem eigenen Bad. Zudem zwei Küchen und ein Tanzsaal."

"A beautiful house with several rooms on 2 floors for the whole family. Parking right in front of the front door, the house itself is easily accessible via the adjacent street, the entrance through its own gate with remote control. In the surrounding area in neighboring towns, many shops can be reached quickly by car, the nearest beach was only about 1 km away. All in all, this is a nice house with a large garden, far enough away from noisy streets."

"Das Haus liegt ziemlich abseits des Ortes aber mit dem Auto trotzdem gut erreichbar. Es ist ruhig und idyllisch und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist eine willkommene Erfrischung und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns bei Sonia und Pietro sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage haben wir die Marken erkunden können und viel erlebt. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub"

"Die Ferienwohnung liegt wirklich schön am Haupthaus in einem tollen Garten, einem kleinen Pool und lieben Katzen, allerdings sehr remote. Zum Meer muss man zwischen 45-66km fahren. Ist aber gut angebunden. 8km vom Haus gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Allerdings wird es ab 2 Erwachsenen eng. Sitzmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt und bei schlechtem Wetter nicht so gemütlich im Haus, da eng. Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Bad ist schön.. ein paar Haken oder...

"Selten einen so tollen Urlaub gehabt!! Die Eigentümer des Ferienhauses waren super nett!! Sie waren da, wenn wir sie brauchten und haben uns absolut trotzdem unsere Privatsphäre gelassen, obwohl man ja auf dem selben Grundstück ist und die Häuser nur 20 Meter auseinander stehen. Tolles Ferienhauses, tolle Gastgeber, klasse Umgebung,... Alles prima!!! .. Gerne wieder :)"
