Great location - Needs better customer service
The location was great, just around the corner from the Fontana di Trevi. Apartment is clean, Simone was friendly and very helpful with check-in, overall communication was good. Unfortunately, the basic amenities and maintenance are really lacking.
No napkins, no paper towels, only one regular kitchen towel, a couple of mini soaps for three adults. The review for this place could be outstanding if it was managed with a little bit of caring for the guest and not being so stingy. These things don’t even cost much, and it is disappointing when they tell you that you get the very basic to survive and you’re responsible of buying everything else.
The place has a small washing machine but desperately needs a dryer. Big limitation.
The electric system would overload with just the oven and a few lights. We had to turn off the lights to make coffee! Management should fix this because the breakers would turn off all the time.
Finally, the Wi-Fi needs to be fixed because we had to reset the modem 2-3 times a day. Really bad internet.
In conclusion, a little bit of attention to these aspects of the apartment and good old customer service could significantly improve the overall experience.
