The Views!!

This property has multimillion dollar views! The Colosseum is super close and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Nikki, the property manager, is great as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing top floor condo overlooking the Colosseum

My family of 6 stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights prior to embarking on a Mediterranean Cruise. The Condo was very spacious and in an ideal location. The views from the roof top patio are hard to beat as we had a majestic view of the Colosseum and Roman Forum. St. Peter's Cathedral could also be seen in the distance. Niki, the condo caretaker, was very accessible and helpful during our stay. The only downside was this was on the top floor and did require a little navigation up some steps with the luggage, but well worth the effort. There is a lift that goes up to the level just under the condo. Within a few blocks there are numerous restaurants and a grocery store. We highly recommend this condo to families visiting Rome!

The views from this apartment were magnificent! Niki, the housekeeper, was so pleasant as well as all correspondence with the owners. If I ever come back to Rome, I hope our family can stay here!

This apartment was in the most amazing location with fantastic view of the Colosseum. The property owners had great communication with regard to leading up to the stay and the check-in process. The apartment does have air conditioning. We absolutely loved staying here. If I had any comments, itā€™s just that I wasnā€™t aware we would share the rooftop terrace on occasion with the owners. When we checked in the housekeeper mentioned we could use the whole Terrace but said that the owners may show up. They did show up once but it was fine. It wouldnā€™t stop me from renting this place again but thought I should mention it in case it may be a consideration for someone else when deciding.

There simply is no beating this rooftop and location. The views are amazing & you can hear live music most nights. Gelato just 3 doors down the street and a grocery in walking distance. It is worth noting that the side of the roof that has the best views is shared with the owner (who happened to be away while we were there), one bedroom is open to the apartment and there are 2 flights of stairs after the elevator. We were surprised by these things. We did thoroughly enjoy the space and again, the location is very central. The a/c works great, beds were comfortable. We dealt with the house keeper who was so friendly. I would stay here again for sure. And there is a Michelangelo in a church around the corner!

We loved the location and view, which can't be beat. We quickly noticed there was an ant problem the first night of our stay. Fortunately, the property owners and housekeeper were really easy to communicate with; we appreciated their help in delivering ant traps. Less of an issue, although worth noting, was a strong sewer smell from both the showers.

This was a fantastic place to stay and the terrace was beyond expectations. We had a view of the Colesseum, Palentine Hill and the Forum. So close to restaurants and bars. The place was spacious and clean. Checkin was a breeze.Thank you to Candy and Nikkie!

Fabulous time

Everything was amazing about this property! We had an absolutely amazing time. Nikki was kind and explained everything perfectly upon check-in. The location was incredible and views of the Coliseum from the rooftop were gorgeous. The only three small issues I saw were (1) there were ants in the kitchen on the counter, (2) the light in the hallway going up the the apartment didnā€™t work and it was an extremely dangerous stairway (2 people in are party took falls), (3) the smell from the bathroom drains was really strong and bad.

We just completed our stay at the Superactic Apartment with Splendid Terrace. I was so blessed to find this gem of an apartment with the most breathtaking views of the Colosseum. The apartment was perfect for six people and was within walking distance to the attractions and fantastic restaurants. Nikky was awesome. She pointed us in the direction of a grocery store so we could prepare for our stay and explained the transportation options to us as well. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well decorated. The highlight was the terrace. It offered once of a lifetime views of Rome and the Colosseum. If youā€™re ever in Rome, give yourself a treat and book this gorgeous property.

Great location for a magical Roman experience!

The location and rooftop patio of this Roman treasure is unmatchable! To wake up every morning and fall asleep every night in the shadow of the Coliseum is to be in Rome, and the beauty of Rome made our trip even more memorable. The rooms are very bright, so bring some sleep masks if you plan to sleep during the day, and the Master shower is small...so many of us used the second shower...but the charm and beauty of this condo is amazing. Someone even let off fireworks right outside the Coliseum the last night of our stay.

Epic Place to Stay in Rome!

We loved the location of this place! It was perfect for my family - if my kids got tired of walking, we could still come back to our place and sit on the terrace with incredible views. So many wonderful things to see were in walking distance, and the place was so nice and spacious.Our flight arrived early in the morning, and Nikki was so, so nice about letting us drop of our luggage so we could walk around and get some food.I highly recommend this location!
