The apartment, very comfortable, quiet and elegant, is located on the first floor of an elegant period building with a lift, in the Salustiano district. We are a stone's throw from Piazza della Repubblica, the fabulous Villa Borghese, the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Barberini. Termini station is easily reachable on foot. In addition, in the immediate vicinity, you can use several bus lines and also two metro lines to move even faster in every area of Rome!
The apartment, completely renovated and brand new, has a large living room with a relaxation corner and a double sofa bed, a comfortable kitchen with a dining area, equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, traditional oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Two lovely bedrooms with comfortable double beds, two bathrooms with walk-in shower and hairdryer (one with bidet).
There is also a large and quiet terrace with table and chairs: excellent for resting or for eating "kissed" by the comfortable climate of Rome!
Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (each room has its own fan coil, 4 in total), flat-screen TV, cot for newborns (LINEN, SHEETS AND BLANKETS FOR CRADLE NOT PROVIDED), independent heating .
At your disposal there is the laundry room, including washing machine and dryer: this area is shared and accessible also for guests of the Guest House next door.

The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to highlight
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.
Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.
Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
