THE SPACE
The Grand suite is composed of 2 exquisite bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, marble and wood kitchen, entrance hall, a spacious living room and a loft. Its high wooden ceilings and natural light help make it a perfect home base to return to after the eternal city.

All the comforts and home comforts have been carefully selected. The living room is a great space to congregate as a group and enjoy an aperitif among the roof tops of Rome. Or hide out in the loft and watch a movie or read a book to finish your day.

Comes equipped with 3 large AC units, non-stop gas and water heaters. Also has a 60 inch smart TV, movie Projector with Chromecast wireless streaming, free fast wireless internet in the whole home and mood lighting features.

The beds; all of our mattresses are new and of assured quality. Pirelli series mattress, the second suite has a memory foam and spring mattress and the second suite has been tested and guaranteed for a great night sleep.

The upper house is one of Rome's most famous streets. The Trevi Fountain is a unique experience, Welcome to the Grand Suite.

AT THE CHECK IN:
Please note that when staying in Rome, tourists have to pay a Tourist tax of € 3. 50 per person per day (Applies to anyone over the age of 10). Please search online for further information "Rome tourist tax".

* Please note that a Late check in fee of € 20 applies for check ins after 8pm and € 40 after 11pm.

* Check in on Sunday or Public holiday € 20.

* Our check in time is 14.00
Check ins between 14. 00 & 20. 00 are free!
If you are going to drop your bags off in your apartment while being cleaned. The FEE for this is € 10. 00. We will be able to guarantee you will be ready by 2.00pm.

* If you dont have the correct money with the agent to come back to pick it up, € 10 applies.

1. Always keep your front door fully closed and locked when leaving your apartment.

2. Avoid disturbing your neighbors. Be considered of the people that live in your building.

3 NO PARTIES. If things go missing or get damaged, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE.

4. Throw your daily trash in the main trash bins in the building.

5. Keep TV & Music Volume low before 8am and after 10pm.

6. Keep your apartment clean and tidy to help keep pests to a minimum. Rome is an old city and has cockroaches, mice, rats and scorpions!

7. Linen and towels must only be used for their specific use.

8. Feminine products and other items must be thrown in the trash and NOT IN THE TOILET. If the toilet blocks or the sink clogs it may be two

9. CLOSE your shutters and windows when you are not in your apartment.

10 PLEASE do not SLAM the doors in the apartment as it causes paint to crack around the doorframe and disturbs your neighbors.

11 DO NOT attempt to make any calls using the apartments phone line. Any calls registered during your stay will be charged to you.

12. If you want to take care of yourself, you can take care of it.
