Our cosy 80 square meter apartment is located in an elegant building from the beginning of the 20th century, just a few steps from the Metro A Vittorio Emanuele stop and the Coliseum. Thanks to the metro, the numerous buses and the central location of the apartment you will be able to reach the Old Town in about ten minutes! The house is therefore ideally located to visit the sights, monuments and museums of the eternal city. The apartment has 3 double rooms, 2 rooms with 2 double beds, one room with 2 single beds, a living room with double sofa-bed, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has all the comforts: washing machine, wifi, air conditioning, shower and bidet, iron and ironing board.
The fee is inclusive of bed linen, towels and all consumptions.

Arrivals or departures after or before the indicated times have an extra cost of 20 euros up to 22.30 hours after 22.30 the price is 30 euros until 24h00 It is possible to check in by 01.00amwith an extra of 50 euros.

The use of the sofa bed in case the number of beds is sufficient to the number of guests, has an extra cost of 10euro per stay.
LOCATION
The apartment, inserted in a fascinating context, is located in a very central area between the districts of Esquilino, Monti and Colle Oppio. On one hand you will be able to stroll through the elegant streets of the neighbourhood, packed with shops and restaurants of all types, while on the other hand, you will discover a neighbourhood where Oriental aromas and delicious ethnic restaurants mix up with Italian traditions. These districts, express the wonderful combination of different cultures arrived form every corner of the World into our city.
In a few minutes you will be able to reach the Metro A or, rather, take a walk to the Baths of Diocletian, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the eclectic Monti area, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum and the old centre.
