"We had a great time staying at The Corner Cottage. Even with three kids with ages 10, 8 and 5 having no tv was great. The kids loved the pool table and my son and myself caught several fish in the pond. We really had great family time and the front porch was my wife and my favorite place to sit and drink coffee. The hosts were great and were very quick to reply to anything we asked. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. "

"Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! "

"My nephew got married in a venue in Mulberry and we needed a place to spend the night. Tammy was very helpful and friendly. Tammy quickly responded to all my requests/inquiries and was very helpful. It's about 5 minutes from the main road, but it's a quiet neighborhood. It's safe area and very affordable!"

"4th year in a row to stay hear for the rally. Walking distance to everything downtown. Very comfortable. Nice garage to park bike and vehicle. The condo is very nice! Owners are readily available."

"This was a quaint little place. It was good for what we needed. Located near downtown, close parking to front door and quiet area. Kitchen stovetop was dated but was able to use for breakfast. No televisions in the bedrooms which we loved!! Didn’t use the patio cause there was no patio furniture. Internet connection couldn’t connect because we couldn’t locate it and the one given in instructions didn’t show up."

"We mostly used the place to sleep, but it was perfect for what we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a homey feel. I especially loved the den/game room — a fun bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The location was super convenient and easy to access.The host was also fantastic — very friendly and quick to respond through the app. Communication was smooth, and it really added to the overall positive experience. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel confortável, novo. Único defeito é o café da manhã, que é péssimo por sinal. Antes fosse aquele café da manhã tradicional dos EUA, com ovos, sausage, waffle, panquecas, etc. Mas não, lá não tem sequer isso, é apenas uma estação em que um funcionário faz “O” prato quente do dia, que no meu caso foi um TACO, com ovos mexidos ressecados e as sausages picotadas. "
