"Clean and tidy, great location, great host. Right next to Euphoria night club was the downside, loud music until around 2:30 am each night and typical drunk yelling and screaming. Uncomfortable pillows"

"The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...

"Nice, very well heated, midtown apartment, with a common used pool (not mentioned in the description).Very good price compared to other hotels nearby. Only issue could not find the manager for any problems or requests."

"This apartment was ideal for us – warm, cozy, clean, and quiet, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of skiing. Vito and Natalia, our hosts, were simply exceptional. They spared no effort in ensuring our comfort, going above and beyond to guarantee our enjoyment. From recommending top-notch restaurants to ensuring our every need was met, their hospitality was unmatched. We couldn't have asked for a better welcome to Bansko."

"The location of the Flora is on of the best just a short walk to the slopes or down to the Gondola. The room had recently had a make over so nearly everything is new. The Host Simon answered my message within minutes and was very helpful. Plan to stay here again."
