⁃ Please do not park on the neighbor's side
⁃ Property is monitored 24/7 via outside cameras
⁃ No smoking
⁃ No BBQ
⁃ Please do not eat on the couches or do anything that can cause stains to the furniture


Before you leave - Additional requests
1. When you leave, please be sure to NOT lock any bottom locks! Only the keypad lock. 2. The checkout time is at 11 AM. 3. Check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind. Check the drawers/nightstands. 4. Please strip the bed and leave the bedsheets on the floor of each room. Towels to be placed on the floor of bathroom. 5. Please notify me once you have left.
