"We arrived to a very clean cabin. It was well used but felt welcoming and you had the feeling that things were updated some. We noticed a few things that needed attention such as a light flickering non stop (too high for us to fix). The lighting in the cabin seemed a little dark overall. The front steps are definitely becoming a hazard and will need to be re-done soon. Overall, no complaints and it was a very relaxing stay. Our only major issue had nothing to do with our cabin. "We had an awesome time at the house. It was a long weekend we have been looking forward to for months and it exceeded expectations. The only thing that could use improvement is a more functionable TV and outdoor grill. Other than that, 5 stars!"

"I was on a trip passing through several states and two days before my reservation the manager called me saying that they were having problems with the hot water in the middle of winter and that he could not rent me the room. I understood the case and said it was ok for him to refund the reservation, but to this day they have never refunded me. This is fraud."
