"This was a fantastically easy stay in Rockport. We came to town to visit friends and this was such an ideal location in Rockport as well as proximity to Gloucester. The main bed was firm- very comfy for me! A great night sleep. There was everything you could want in the kitchen for a longer stay, too. Good hot water in shower! Some cleanliness issues, which did not bother us for such a short stay- just some dust/ pet hair, and shower grout issues- not a big deal. Communication with Malikkah...

"A long family weekend with the kids, grandkids and dogs. This is a big, old, house with plenty of room for everyone. The sun porch was a great gathering and craft area for everyone. Right on the ocean with direct access. The kids had plenty of places to explore. If you are looking for a new shiny house, look somewhere else This place has a lot of age, wear and tear. The internet does not work and has been reported before. Several people that had to work remote were not happy about it"

"The cottage was exactly how it was listed online. The place sets on a beautiful hillside with amazing views. The town was beautiful and tons of things to daily. Food, tons of shops and ice cream shops are just everywhere and they are very tasty. Not far from the train station which I absolutely loved! We spent 7 days exploring every corner and I’m definitely coming back. Marilyn is the best host ever and she was full of the sea side knowledge she’s so kind and pleasant."

"Super unique! Very walkable to all the fun stuff downtown. I give this place 4.5 stars. My only beef is its terribly expensive for a 1 bathroom and the living room is cool, but uncomfortable. Great for insta pics and all that, but if you think you're gonna unwind an watch a scary movie its not gonna happen. The couches are more decorative. Big kitchen with everything that you'd have at home. And whoever was the decorator...the detail is impeccable. "
