"I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The property owner was amazing and so was the house. So comfortable for our large group. We felt secluded and did not have to worry about bothering neighbors. We had a rehearsal dinner there and hosted a large overnight group there after the wedding. It was so fun. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the stairway is steep and a little scary going downstairs wirh anything in your hands. Overall, we had a great stay, ans would definitely stay again. "

"Nice house lakeside to celebrate graduation from Calvin University. We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and the peddle boat. Enough equipment for all of us to be out on the lake at the same time. Brian was easy to talk with and had everything labeled nicely. Would stay again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan."

"This group was made up of 7th-12th graders from our classical Christian school (and adults). Our school has a house system and has an ongoing competition, and this group of boys won! This house was selected for their retreat, and they thoroughly enjoyed the house and their time up north. The chaperones said the homeowners were easy to contact regarding access and if anything came up. Thank you for a great retreat! We would highly recommend this home for any large or small groups!!"

"The Loft in Grandville was perfect for my wife and I for a short visit to the Grand Rapids area. It is close to the expressway, grocery stores, and the downtown Grandville district. You could walk to the downtown area in about five minutes! Holland, Grand Haven, and East GR are within a 40 minute drive. The amenities at the Loft are basic but clean. "Jonah, and his co-hosts, are all AMAZING! We've never had a host SO attentive and SO responsive! It was almost like having concierge service. "I don't even know where to begin. This place was the best place we have rented over the past 10yrs. The house is freshly painted and updated, most everything seemed new. Beds were comfortable. Towels were new and fluffy. Everything we needed was there for us with the exception of a can coozy and smores sticks. But don't worry, we left some after purchasing them at the dollar store. "We enjoyed all the amenities and there are a lot of them. From the pool to the ping pong and pool tables. There is plenty to do. We had so much fun. The fire pit is the best we have used at a rental. The yard is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the sun. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation. "

"Had a nice long weekend stay. Meet our adult daughter and her fiancé for some family time.The lake house was just as pictured. Everything was labeled. They had more than expected for us to use. Everything we needed. Beach towels, Suntan lotion, mosquito spray, games, Keurig, etc. The couch and the beds were very comfortable. We swam in the lake every day. There are boats to rent, but since we didn’t have the experience we decided not to. Maybe next time. Thanks for a great time. "
