🔹After a day full of play, rest easy on the MAIN LEVEL in our two king bedrooms. The upstairs has two bedrooms with a total of 6 twin beds and 1 double bed, and the basement has a large bedroom with two queen beds, gas fireplace and 50" TV

🔹As you pass through the dining room into the kitchen, food lovers will appreciate our luxury kitchen with quartz countertops and dining nook.

🚨GROUPS OF 16 + PLEASE READ🚨

🔸If the booking platform doesn't allow you to select more than 16 guests, we'll adjust the guest count after you book, but please know there will be an additional cost of $45 per person/per night for overnight guests. If the platform allows you to select more than 16 guests, the price you see is accurate and you won't receive any additional charges. Visitors for events will be charged $15 per person/per day. Day visitors shouldn't be included in your guest count. Message us privately about these guests so we can send an extra charge at the reduced rate.

🔹Two pets maximum per stay - Pricing as follows... A 1-5 night stay is $150 and will automatically be added at check out. If your stay is 6 nights or longer, you'll be charged the $150 at check out + $40 per day for nights 6 and beyond (this will be applied after booking).

🔸Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or personal emergencies. We are sorry for an inconveniences this may cause
