"Had 3 lovely days at Brooksyde. A very comfortable house, a home form home seaside retreat. A great base to visit Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. Beer is a really lovely little village with a few independent shops and restaurants. The voucher for the next door shop was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend "

"Amazing location, amazing house and huge dining table so we could all break bread together! Lovely amenities and washer and dryer were a dream. Only recommendation would be to add hairdryers (at least one) and games or books, at least playing cards. Beautiful stay and highly recommend Torquay Watersports for coastal explorer -90 min. "

"This cottage is really lovely. Great location, nice host and has everything needed for a holiday. The pub in the village is a minutes walk and serves nice food - what more coul you want. "This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively.
