"This was a great location in relation to the Mayo. I wish you would do something about the steps up to the unit. The gutter over the bottom step leaks and drips on that bottom step. It froze over night and when I went out the next morning I slipped on that step. I was able to catch myself but someone else might not. It was adequate for our needs. "We had an 8 party girls weekend and I must say this place was spectacular! Plenty of places to sleep, enough bathrooms to go around, kitchen and dining area were a hit for our large group. "One suggestion/concern, I did notice (along with my husband and other family members who were also there) that the pool area had a very strong smell of chlorine chemicals- i know they had just put in chemicals because we had to wait until 10 am to enter. Possibly airing out the place while doing chemicals would be a good idea. We had to open up the dorrs for a bit to circulate some fresh air in there. "
