Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. "John is a very responsive and helpful host responding quickly eg when we had some storm damage. The kitchen is very well equipped and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Swimming pool was great and the site is well maintained. It would have been helpful to have photographs of the bedrooms on the website. Collevecchio is a lovely friendly hilltop village with great access to Rome. Good local amenities like the lively cafe and supermarket"
