"Ik heb hier 4 nachtjes geslapen en het was echt fantastisch! Devin heeft mij bij het inchecken echt onwijs vriendelijk geholpen en tips gegeven over plekken die ik gezien moet hebben! De kamer was groot, schoon, nieuw…gewoon geen woorden voor zo mooi en comfortabel! Ik voelde mij helemaal thuis! De omgeving is prachtig, de bergen, bossen en wandelmogelijkheden! Als je net als ik een natuurliefhebber bent dan zit je hier echt helemaal goed! Je hoeft je geen moment te vervelen!"

"We stayed for the weekend in cabin 1, it's a beautiful cozy cabin where it is possible to cook and to relax thanks to the sauna inside the cabin. It's important to know that there is nothing in the neighborhood, so it is a place to relax (like we wanted) or to sleep while travelling somewhere else. The fireplace listed is a gas one (not working at the moment), the TV didn't have any signal (I don't think anybody cares anymore, in 2024). "Absolutely perfect!! The identical king bedrooms w/your own bathroom were so awesome. Beautiful and super comfy! The shower was amazing, and the sauna and hot tub topped off the stay! "Property renovated from old school house. Space is ideal for 2-4 adults or 2 adults and 4 teens and under. 2 sets of bunk beds are somewhat small for adults. Couch was comfy. nice fire pit to sit around. It was pet friendly with an additional charge. Window AC to keep place cool. The only negative I can think of is the floor was very creaky."

"The place is an older "inn style" place. Don't expect extravagant, but it is kept nice and the hosts were very responsive to any messages I sent. The big perk for us was the NO UPCHARGE on pets. The view of the river is awesome and it is off a "main" road. We felt comfortable and safe walking our dogs down the road that this place is located on. It is also really close to the main road and that is really convenient for getting to and from Elkins, Stuarts park, etc. The toilet was having an issue...

"This is a private cabin that gives you your own section of Shavers Fork of the Cheat River. Very clean and well set up upon arrival. Nice deck out back facing the stream. Hot tub was at a good temperature for us. We would come back. Good central location to explore Monongahela Park. "

"We absolutely love this cabin. It is very secluded and quiet. We have been staying here for a few years now, and the cabin is very well taken care of and always looks/operates the same as it did the year before. The cabin is cute, cozy and clean inside. However, the outdoor area is the reason we keep returning. We spend most of our time outside when we stay here.We love the hot tub and watching movies on the outdoor tv. Our dogs love it just as much as we do. We cant wait to stay next year! "
