"We have stayed in Sugar Mtn countless times over the decades, both in houses and condos, and we thoroughly enjoyed this round house. It was clean and well-stocked and having two toilets upstairs was nice. My husband and I (in our 60's) stayed in the basement in the bunk beds, a first, and we have never experienced a spiral staircase like that! "Overall decent little cabin location mared by storage units in front of the property, never mentioned in the ad. Was a little bit noiseyfrom the business. Overall cleanliness was good, check in and out was quick and easy. A leaf blower would have made his a literal home run but wasn’t horrible. The floors are part of the charm of an old cabin. These are CHARMing no doubt lol."

"My teen daughters and I stayed here 4 nights and used the cabin as a home base for a service project. The cabin was a comfy safe haven for us when we were none weary and sore! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, climate control was easy, and the washer and dryer were indispensable. "The house was in an amazing location and there were plenty of attractions within a short drive of the house. John was the most helpful host we have ever worked with, he was easily accessible the entire weekend and called to welcome us upon arrival. "A great place to return to after a busy day out. I was looking for a place to relax and this home was PERFECT! Listening to the water out the back was a wonderful addition to my morning coffee on the deck. "My Sons and I had a wonderful stay at “The Big Rock” property. We woke up to deer eating the crab apples every morning. The large rock is a perfect place to just sit and enjoy the pond and scenery. We caught plenty of bluegill and a few small bass in the pond. There was also a little pontoon and kayak the kids had a blast using. We will hopefully be returning soon. Lance was by far the best Host I have ever encountered. Anything we needed or any question were answered right away.."
