Der Hotelmanager ist super nett und sucht immer nach Lösungen. Ebenso der Zimmerservice ist super nett und reinigt das Zimmer jeden Tag gut.
Das Frühstück ist gut mit griechischem Salat, Joghurt, Brot und Wurst/Käse sowie Kaffee. Weitere Sachen können an der Bar bestellt werden.

"Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Ausstattung sehr modern mit Touchpads. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und immer von Top Qualität. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Nur die Umgebung ist reaktiv tot und der Bus fährt recht umständlich und lange in die nächste Stadt. Auch Restaurants oder ähnliches gibt es nicht der Umgebung. Neben dem Hotel ist aber ein Laden, wo man Lebensmittel, Getränke, Souvenirs, usw zu günstigen Preisen gibt. "
"We stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed every day. Beautiful views from balcony and private pool. It’s quiet and away from popular tourist traps. Had basic kitchen amenities so we were able to make breakfast and lunch. Everything was very clean and neat on arrival. "Un Resort bien aménagé et très propre. L’accès à la plage est parfait. Transat, parasol et serviettes inclus. C’est mieux de privilégier les chambres à l’étage pour un peu plus de clarté. Sinon, les chambres sont grandes et confortables. La douche est un peu petite, mais ça semble être le standard en Crète. L’emplacement est idéal pour la plage, mais un peu excentré pour les restaurants. "

Todos os móveis, instalações estão em péssimas condições e o mais chocante de tudo foi a zona da piscina com placas cortantes e oxidadas no chão , muito perigoso para crianças pequenas.
