"The apartment was fantastic! 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, updated and very modern. Plenty of room for a family of four, plus all the amenities you might need. Great location too! All transportation (water bus or taxi) needs very close by. Food, shopping right around the corner, walking distance to most of the sights is very close, yet it's very quiet. Communication was great, Gaby was very helpful with directions and recommendations, any kind of assistance I needed. Awesome hospitality, thanks so much!"

"The stay was good, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities, with central heating. The location is excellent, close to Rialto. I'll be back for sure. The only negative point was upon arrival, it was very difficult to find the place using the address provided. I suggest putting a link to Google Maps to make it easier for guests to find the apartment."

"Apartment with 2 bedrooms, a mini living room with kitchen. The only AC was situated in the hall but we didn't feel it was too hot in the house. The beds were very comfortable and the washing machine was definitely a plus. Clean bathroom and in general. Easy to get to and it's just a 15 mins walk to Piazza San Marco, has a supermarket nearby, pretty convenient in general. The only negative point is, which I believe is the same in every apartment in Venezia due to its old buildings, there is no...

"Very quiet and remote vs the crowd. Flat is nice, well furnished and decorated. Bed is large and all rooms are spacious by euro standards. We ended up liking being 5-10 minutes walk from the tourists as we could relax. Even enjoyed one dinner on site! Recommended."

"Brilliant location. since there was 6 of us, getting the taxi from the train station (organised by the host) was amazingly easy and a great way to skip the crowds at the vaperreto. 1/2 way between st Marcos square and Rialto bridge was perfect. Great vce, totally recommend it. "
