"The Residence was the perfect setting for a girls trip. All of us were 65 years old and we loved being able to take a walk around Baldwin Park every morning, use the pool, and then go into Winter Park. The house had everything we could possibly want. We loved grilling outside by the pool for dinner. We ate out for lunch every day. Would highly recommend and return to this property. Caitlyn was wonderful to work with."

I spent quite a bit of time in the house as I worked from home some while we were there. Quiet neighborhood, very appreciative of how quickly the owner was to respond to any questions.
