"I enjoyed my brief stay at the hotel. The receptionist who greeted me was pleasant and professional. Everywhere was very clean and warm and a swim in the pool was an added bonus.The breakfast, which was good, was served with a great view of the sea. The only thing I did not like were the 'slowed down' Christmas tunes playing in the pool and dining area. It was quite depressing and at times annoying, especially if you dislike the whole build up to Christmas, like me! I would have preferred...

"Room was very nice and modern with a great view of the sea. Bed was comfortable but was 2 singles stuck together and not a king size. Was a bit upset that the hotel nether got back to my email saying it was our wedding night and could they do something to mark the occasion in our room, but no answer or any surprises. Was also shocked that parking was £15 a night, even though it was November and there is plenty about if you look around. Last little moan was the quality of breakfast, stay away...

"We are a couple from north Somerset wanting a relaxing weekend and thats what we definitely got! From the day we arrived sat 2nd nov the staff we so helpful on reception and very easy to locate our room . The Spa was fantastic! 5* from all the different spa rooms to our facials on the sunday ,this was also very , very relaxing. We booked breakfast also on the sunday very easy and relaxed and loada to choose from the full English was amazing! We will definitely be back next year, big thank...

"I had to ask for coffee capsules, milk, shampoo and bathmat as forgotten to leave any in room. Only one glass given for water in a double room. Furniture quite battered looking and in need of some TLC. Long mirror on wall, but in the darkest corner of the room where there was no light. Coffee machine's water holder had no lid and a broken base and does not work very well so could do with a replacement. Sink fills up with water with no plug in when washing hands. All in all a lovely spacious room...

"Convenient position. Efficient people on reception. Nice cosy room. I didn't like some noisy guests with no consideration for others e.g. late at night loud talking of adults and children and banging doors. May be a notice in all rooms saying please be considerate to others and close doors quietly and not to speak too loudly. A hook needed on back of bathroom door to hang towel."
