"Linda propriedade. Ficamos em um apartamento super confortável. Só faltou o café da manhã incluído na diária. Outro ponto é que não permitiram a visita à igreja da Abadia. Teve uma missa no dia 06/01. Os sinos tocaram cedo nos acordando. Quando chegamos na porta da igreja estava fechada. Era uma missa privada e nem deixaram uma visita. "

"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. This was unexpected as we thought there would be a central indoor staircase. We made it work but we did feel separate from each other. Eduardo brought us lovely treats from a local bakery a couple of times which was very kind. You definitely need a vehicle to stay here. While it says there are a few things in walking distance we felt the car was necessary....

"The location of this home is perfect. Far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to go to the grocery store and into Montepulciano. Frank and Silva, the owners were a delight. They didn't speak much english, but we laughed every morning with them. Frank makes his own wine from the on property vineyard and Silva makes handbags and jams.
