"We enjoyed our time. The heated pool was nice for a February stay. Our unit was super clean. It was our 3 rd visit and we will visit again. "

"It was pretty difficult to get support using the phone. I keep being pass to different group. It is common to hear 'we don't support Sunchase IV and then when we call the given number it goes to voicemail. I left multiple voice message and no one got back to us. Very bad. Getting additional tissue paper was also an issue. The additional foldable bed support is also damaged. There are missing bulbs as well."

"Wonderful place"

"The condo was smaller then we expexted, but it worked for us. The furniture was not comfortable. The king bed was good. The queen bed was uncomfortable and squeeky. The kitchen sink did not produce even warm water. We were given dishwaser tablets, but there was no dishwasher. "

"Beautiful views and great condo"

"It was a nice condo in a great location, directly on the beach. My only criticism was the dim lighting in the living area. It was very dark in the evening and difficult to read. Also, there is no dishwasher."

"This house really is great for all ages! Large enough to have some space when you need it and open enough for large groups to gather. The pool was of course a big hit for the kids along with the game room! The short walk to a very nice beach area was perfect (the wagon in the garage is useful!) The washer and dryer were handy for all the pool towels we used daily. Any issues we ran into were quickly resolved by the owner. We were able to watch the rocket launch from the balcony--wow! "The house was awesome for the 17 of us. Large enough living space to accommodate all connected to the kitchen. Owner was very prompt when messaged during our stay. Perfect pool for kids to enjoy a windy day away from the beach. Dryer struggled to dry but I believe the vent is clogged as we took the vent hose off and it worked perfectly. Bring extra towels if you have close to the max as there were exactly 27 towels. Overall a great experience! "

"This was a very spacious and comfortable property for a multi- generational vacation. It had a well-furnished kitchen and large dining area, as well as a beautiful pool area and hot tub which everyone enjoyed. The beach and restaurants are only a short walk away. "

"The condo we were in as well as really the whole building is looking tired—needs some TLC. Couldn’t get TV to work which really frustrated my husband. Linens and equipment in kitchen were good. It was a nice touch to have beach chairs and towels provided. The bed was comfy. Overall, we enjoyed the stay."

"This was our first visit to South Padre Island and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The pros: it was very convenient, handicap accessible, and was spacious for the whole family. The pool was perfect and the kids enjoyed it. While we didn’t get a chance to BBQ it was nice to have the pits available for our use. The cons: I would have liked for better mattress on the beds new towels and linens and a little more cleanness. It was a little dusty. The host on the other hand was very...

"We booked this property for its pet friendliness and an ocean view room. The room was remodeled, and nicer than I anticipated… modern looking cabinetry and furniture. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the fridge/microwave. Bathroom and balcony were outdated, but clean. Be aware that Clayton’s live music will be heard from your room during the day. For the most part, had a relaxing time and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to bring their dog. "
